Charter Equipment Availability

We currently have a limited number of charter boards still available, in addition to the 55 sailors who have already pre-booked their equipment (those individuals have been contacted separately via email).

If you are planning to participate and need a charter board, please take note of the priority rules and deadlines for non-EU sailors:

Until July 29th: Registered and fully paid non-EU sailors will have priority over EU sailors for charter allocation.

Until August 5th: Charter board confirmations will be allocated based on the booking date/time (CEST) and receipt of payment.

Charter Pricing & Dates

Standard Charter Price: €425 (incl. VAT) – valid until August 5th

Late Charter Price: €575 (incl. VAT) – valid from August 5th to September 1st

(includes a €150 surcharge)

Charter equipment will be available from October 11th to 17th. Detailed pickup and return instructions will be shared following the final confirmation and payment of your charter booking.

• Windsurfer LT Board
• 5.7 m² Sail
• Boom (180–240 cm)
• Power Uphaul
• Mast & Mast Base with Tendon Joint
• Race Daggerboard
• Fin with Screw
• Sail Numbers

⚠️ Please note: Harness lines are not included in the package – remember to bring your own.

After completing your registration, you will receive payment instructions for charter board bookings. All payments will be coordinated through the International Windsurfing Association (IWA).

Ps: If you have already registered for the event without a charterboard, but you wish to have one, send an email to iwaoffice@internationalwindsurfing.com and you will be sent the payment instructions.
